Lynn McPheeters Joins Crosslink Board of Directors |
ST. LOUIS?(March 10, 2006)-Crosslink, the leader in development and manufacturing of electroactive polymer coatings, today announced F.L. (Lynn) McPheeters as its newest member of its Board of Directors. McPheeters most recently served as vice president and chief financial officer of Caterpillar, Inc.
McPheeters brings a wealth of experience in finance, accounting, tax, treasury and investor relations. In addition to serving on the Crosslink Board of Directors, McPheeters shares his expertise as a board member for OSF Saint Francis Medical Center Foundation Council and Southern Illinois University Foundation Board.
"Lynn brings considerable experience to our board with his background at Caterpillar and other key roles in the community," Brent St. John, Crosslink president and CEO, said. "He is dedicated to helping Crosslink extend our position as a leader in the electroactive polymers industry, and we are pleased to welcome him to our board."
McPheeters completed the Advanced Management Program at Duke University and received his bachelor's degree from Southern Illinois University.
